I confessed! I used to have MAJOR shopping anxiety.
After receiving emails and messages from you guys about dealing with some of the same uneasy and frustrating feelings in the dressing room of literally EVERY store, I realized that we needed to take a deeper dive into this and I’M HERE FOR IT because this is something that I personally had to overcome for myself.
I’ve pulled several resources and put together a workbook for those of you who want to build your self esteem to;

- Feel better in the morning when you get dressed
- Or walk into work like you own the place (Which is totally fine!)
