Answer: Yes, this is the home of Natural Girls Rock Inc. Natural Girls Rock® is a trademarked Movement, slogan and BRAND. We are based in the Atlanta metro area.
Question: Where are you located and what hours are you open?
Answer: We are located at 11550 Webb Bridge Way, Suite 4B, Alpharetta, GA 30005.

Question: What is the Shipping and Handling processing time? How long will it take to get my order?
Answer: In stock items are shipped within 3 - 5 business days after your order is placed. As a general rule, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery to domestic destinations. We ship worldwide. Note that we are not responsible for additional fees incurred while passing through customs. Also, there are rare times the tracking of a package is not updated by USPS. In this instance, most of the time, the package arrives within a few days, however, USPS fails to scan at each location, allowing for an online view of the package whereabouts via the tracking number. We do not consider a package 'lost in transit' until it has been 14 business days from the day the package departed our facility. This allows enough time for the package to have either made it to its destination or to fairly assume it has been lost in transit. At that time, we will send out another package and file a claim the USPS.
NOTE: We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once USPS verifies your package as 'delivered'. Feel free to add delivery instructions in the 'Remarks' section as check out. (i.e. Left package at side door, etc).
International Shipping Regulations
Customs Duties and Import VAT
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Natural Girls Rock® does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.
Who pays for customs fees?
Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Natural Girls Rock® is unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied.

Question: How will I know my order has been shipped?
Answer: When your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification and tracking information.
Question: How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping rates start at $4.95 and go up depending upon the weight of your package. The 'actual weight' in rounded up to the nearest pound.
Question: Do you ship Internationally?
Answer: Yes, we ship internationally however, we are not responsible for additional charges that may be incurred by your countries Customs.
Question: I have a coupon code. How/where do I enter it to get my discount? How will I know I processed my order correctly?
Answer: Discount codes are entered on "Step 2" of the check out process. When your order is complete, you will receive an email notification.
NOTE: IF you and a coupon code and it does not automatically apply, try copying and pasting this code. The system is completely automated and the code will be active until used. Answer: Yes! If you would like to purchase wholesale to help spread the Natural Girls Rock Movement in your area, send an email to wholesale@NaturalGirlsRock.com. This provides an excellent opportunity for Natural Hair Boutiques! All items will be sold with their accompanying Certificate Of Authenticity.
Question: Do your shirts run big or small?
Answer: Our 'round neck' shirts are modern-cut, fitted tee's. Our 'v-neck shirts are fuller cut tee's. Measurements of each shirt are listed on every product description to ensure an accurate fit. We recommend ordering a size larger than needed depending on how you would like it to frame your figure. Please measure before ordering, as we do not accept returns for sizing errors.
Question: Do you offer plus sizes?
Answer: Yes, most of our items go up to 2X however, these are modern-cut, fitted tee. Our traditionally cut Plus sizes go up to 4X and have the exact measurements listed on the description page. The modern cut 2X and the traditionally cut 2X are very different is size and shape. The traditional cut offers a more comfortable fit and can be found in the "Rock Star Plus" tab.
Question: Can I use the Natural Girls Rock logo(s) on things of my own?
Answer: No, Natural Girls Rock is a trademarked movement, logo and name brand. Unauthorized use of the Natural Girls Rock logos or imaging in any way or republication of the Natural Girls Rock slogan is unlawful and therefore forbidden. We take the authenticity of our brand very seriously and will not hesitate to sue any person or company for infringing upon the trademark. It is our goal to spread the word that Natural Girls really do Rock. Please see the wholesale section if you would like to help spread the word of the Natural Girls Rock Movement.
Question: What is your Return Policy?
Answer: Natural Girls Rock does not accept returns/exchanges unless the item is found to be defective. All sales are final on ALL items on the website and in our retail store.
NGR Shirts: The shirt measurements are listed on each product page to ensure accuracy when ordering. As well, each product page notes "See chart below for sizing, as we do not accept returns for sizing errors".
If your item IS found to be defective, please send an email to email@example.com. Your will receive instructions for your return. We make every effort to please every customer. Please be sure to check the sizing chart before placing your order.
NOTE: IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED UNAUTHORIZED, THERE WILL BE A $10 PROCESSING FEE AND SHIPPING DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT.
Jewelry and Accessories Returns: We DO NOT accept returns. Only items found to be defective will be accepted for return. Sizing of items is NOT considered to be a defect of the item. No Exceptions. Sorry.
