1. Is the the home of the official Natural Girls Rock Movement? 
Yes, this is the home of  Natural Girls Rock LLC. Natural Girls Rock is a trademarked Movement, Slogan and Name Brand.
2. What are the hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (We are closed on weekends)

3. What is the Shipping and Handling processing time? How long will it take to get my order?
If your item is in stock when you order, it will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is placed. As a general rule allow at least 2 weeks for delivery to domestic destinations. 
4. How will I know my order has been shipped?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification.

5. How much is shipping and handling?
Domestic Destination:
$2.95 Flat parcel under 2 lbs; $3.95 box 2 - 2.4 lbs, $4.95 box 2.5 - 2.9 lbs, box over 3 lbs is $5.95, box over 6 lbs $6.95.
Canada
$3.95 Flat parcel under 2 lbs; $5.95 box over 2 lbs 
Anywhere else Globally

6. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, It is our goal for the Natural Girls Rock Movement to reach and be represented in every Continent, Country, State, Province, Colony, Town, City, Street etc. in the world. If you want to join this movement, place an order and it will be shipped to you!
7. I have a coupon code. How/where do I enter it to get my discount? How will I know I processed my order correctly?
Discount codes are entered on "Step 2" of the check out process. When your order is complete, you will receive an email notification.
8. Do you sell wholesale?  
Yes! If you would like to purchase wholesale to help spread the Natural Girls Rock Movement in your area, send an email to wholesale@NaturalGirlsRock.com. This provides an excellent opportunity for Natural Hair Boutiques! All items will be sold with their accompanying Certificate Of Authenticity.
9. Can I get a  large number of custom ordered shirts with a specific color palette (for example: my sorority colors)? Is there a minimum number for these?
Yes, the processing time takes approximately 3-4 weeks and the minimum order number is 36 items.
9. Do your shirts run big or small?
Our shirts are modern-cut, fitted tee's. Measurements are listed on every product description to ensure an accurate fit. We recommend ordering a size larger than needed depending on how you would like it to frame your figure.
10 .Do you offer plus sizes? 
Yes, most of our items go up to 2X however, these are modern-cut, fitted tee. Our traditionally cut Plus sizes go up to 4X and have the exact measurements listed on the description page. The modern cut 2X and the traditionally cut 2X are very different is size and shape. The traditional cut offers a more comfortable fit and can be found in the "Rock Star Plus" tab.
11. Can I use the Natural Girls Rock logo(s) on to things of my own? 
No, Natural Girls Rock is a trademarked movement, logo and name brand. Unauthorized use of the Natural Girls Rock logos or imaging in any way or republication of the Natural Girls Rock slogan is unlawful and therefore forbidden. We take the authenticity of our brand very seriously and will not hesitate to sue any person or company for infringing upon the trademark. It is our goal to spread the word that Natural Girls really do Rock. Please see the wholesale section if you would like to help spread the word of the Natural Girls Rock Movement.
12. How can I get on your mailing list? 
You can sign up for our mailing list in the bottom right corner of the website. This is highly recommended because this ensures that you will be first to receive notifications of new products before they actually launch on the site.
13. Do you sell the earrings or accessories? 
Accessories will be offered in the near future. We have an AWESOME accessories line coming out in late July early August! This will be the introduction to the Natural Girls Rock BRAND.
14. What is your Return Policy?
Natural Girls Rock does not accept returns unless the item is found to be defective. All sales are final.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send an email to customerservice@naturalgirlsrock.com. Every effort will be made to address your concerns.  Your inquiry will be answered within 48 hours.

11. Who founded the Natural Girls Rock Movement? Where is it based and are there any retail locations to get authentic Natural Girls Rock items?

The Natural Girls Rock Movement was founded by Kelly J.See the "Events" tab for NGR events. We'd love to meet you in person! We are based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our items are currently being offered at Sage Naturalceuticals in Atlanta, Georgia. See the "Retail Locations" tab.
12. Who should I contact if I'd like Natural Girls Rock to sponsor a giveaway at my event, on my website, Facebook Fan Page or You Tube Channel?
Send an email to Media@NaturalGirlsRock.com. In the subject line put "Sponsor Request". Provide information about your event/website/Fan Page/YT Channel etc. and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
